*Orders are taken online using the order form in our internet shop or by email lenuart@op.pl

*After receiving order,we will send notifications (order confirmations,shipping costs,etc.) via email whitin 24-48 hours

*For foreing shippments we accept only pre -payment.Payment can by made only by bank transfer.All bank details we send to you by email.Payment  must by concluded within five days following order date.

*Order will be shipped within 3 business days following payment.

*Customer will be informed without delay that the ordered product is not available

*We ship all  orders by UPS.
